A Melbourne-based Australian small-to-medium enterprise (SME), Longreach Services has approximately 500 employees; the numbers vary according to operational requirements.
Led by founding CEO Steven Webber, Longreach has a flat management approach. This allows our most senior managers to be involved across the business as required and/or appropriate to the contract and situation. It also provides advantages such as faster response times to changing conditions and customer preferences.

A specialist with a 30-year history working in the International Venue and Event sector, Steven has been responsible for services to Etihad Stadium, Sydney Opera House, Sydney Show Grounds including the Royal Easter Show, the GABBA, Metricon Stadium, ANZ Stadium, V8 Supercars nationally and Australian Grand Prix as well as holding notable roles at multiple Winter and Summer Olympic Games and the 2006 Commonwealth Games in Melbourne. Steven has also notable experience delivering previous international golfing events over his 30 years in the industry.
